Sales representatives organizing the meeting have the ability to select the right KOL (presenter) for the business objectives, by using powerful search functions that cut across medical concepts, topics, approved presentation content and speaker ratings.

The application provides the network connectivity transparency and presence information to virtual meeting participants helping with meeting logistics. After meeting completion the event and financial records update the ODS and through a layer of web services to any existing CRM and Aggregate Spend systems.
